Kent Allen

Hello, and welcome to 'Kent Allen .com'. I find it curious that I am having a web page developed so late in my career (send in the clowns), but, given current circumstances, it seems appropriate. I have been a professional actor for over 40 years, and now have some time to reflect on what has passed, and consider what the future may hold. I have had the opportunity to work and study with some fabulously talented people (and a very few not so much). I hope this site will allow me to share some things you may enjoy and find informative. Here we go!

This website was assembled by me, Lauren Allen. I have written in some facts that people wanting to know Saskatoon’s theatre history will find interesting, as well as some personal anecdotes. Looking back on my dad’s career, which I have only been alive for half of, has been fascinating and encouraging. Many thanks to both of my parents for helping me create this website- Dad writing out his work history and texting me pictures, sorting through hundreds of saved newspaper clippings, and Mom scanning photos and helping Dad to work technology when he needed to.
